Chef Instructor and Farmer Joe Buley
Former NECCI Chef Instructor Joe Buley Expanding into All Aspects of Fine, Healthy Food

Screamin' Ridge Farm gets its name from phantom screaming, produced either by wind or ghosts, on a flat spot just east and up the hill from the North Branch River, which flows into Montpelier about 2.5 miles down.
Chef Joe Buley has way too much knowledge, skill, and passion for food to be confined to a small part of the food supply and preparation process. Lock him in the back of a restaurant? If you have a million bucks to hire him, he might do it for you for a brief period. Chef Joe is in his element on his farm, where he can work his magic in every phase of food selection, growth, and preparation.
