Thrush Tavern Still Best Burger in Town Until September 27, 2008

Montpelier Life Dot Com is ccepting entries in the new Best Burger in Town competition.

The Thrush Tavern was across a narrow street from the governor's office. Political people, such as legislators, lobbyists, appointees, etc. naturally gravitated to the old Yankee setting.

5 oz. freshly ground beef, topped with bacon, cheese, lettuce and tomato, served with hand cut french fries.
